Business Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced lecturers to deliver the NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB) programme in Singapore. The successful candidates will design and deliver engaging lessons, facilitate student learning, and assess learners in line with NCC Education's global academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with NCC Education L3DB syllabus and learning outcomes.

. Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment resources.

. Guide students in developing knowledge, skills, and critical thinking required for progression to higher education.

. Assess assignments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.

. Support students through academic consultation and mentoring.

. Ensure compliance with NCC Education's teaching and assessment requirements.

. Participate in internal academic meetings, moderation, and quality assurance activities.

General Requirements

. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field of study.

. Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. NIE-trained, PGDE, WSQ ACLP, or equivalent).

. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at post-secondary/diploma level (polytechnic, private education, or adult learning).

. Excellent command of English (IELTS 6.0 equivalent or higher).

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

. Familiarity with Singapore's private education landscape and international students is an advantage.
