Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
- Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process and system optimization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in project management, business process management, or system reengineering.
- 5-7 years hands-on programming experience (Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with quality results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to bridge business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with finance, accounting, sales, or procurement systems.
