Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance SMEs to translate operational, reporting, and compliance needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, perform gap analyses, and design end-to-end solutions that align with finance workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on enhancements involving C#, .NET components, and database-oriented processes.
• Validate system logic, coordinate UAT cycles, and support user adoption across finance teams.
• Drive data mapping exercises, review database schemas, and conduct SQL-based validation to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Manage system enhancements, change requests, and ongoing improvement initiatives within finance systems.
• Develop SOPs, user documentation, and training materials to enhance system literacy across the Finance Department.
• Work closely with Finance leadership to track KPIs, automate manual processes, and introduce governance best practices.
