about the company
My client is currently undergoing a massive system transformation, moving from legacy environments to modern ERP solutions. As the Business System Analyst, you will be the technical bridge between our business stakeholders (Documentation, Operations, Sales) and our technical vendors. You will spend the first phase mastering the ground floor-handling L1-L3 support tickets to deeply understand the business logic before transitioning into high-impact projects.

about the job

• Dive into SQL databases and interface logs to identify root causes of system hiccups.
• Review functional documents and suggest ways to streamline container movements and integration with SAP.
• Manage change requests from end-to-end from initial user requirement gathering to coordinating with developers and leading UAT.
• Work with a diverse, international team across different time zones.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications that developers understand.

skills and experience required
Strong command of SQL. While this isn't a developer role, having a background in programming (e.g., VB.net, Javascript, or PHP) is highly preferred.

6-10 years in Application or Business Systems Analysis with hands on experience in WMS (Manhattan/Scale), CargoWise, or Solverminds.

Ability to troubleshoot EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML) and API-based integrations.

The permanent opportunity for a Business System Analyst, will pay a salary range of $ 8,000 - $ 9,000 plus benefits. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangement.
