Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of Loans and Lending technology initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality execution through project closure.
- Prepare project documentation including charters, scope statements, risk assessments, budgets, and IT value assessments.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements translate needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Review and oversee deliverables from external Business Analysts, ensuring compliance with internal standards, architecture, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide functional leadership across vendor BA workstreams, including requirements management, solution documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify solutions that address operational challenges and business objectives.
- Contribute to solution design, project scoping, and target-state definition alongside key stakeholders.
- Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Support L1/L2 teams in production application maintenance, issue analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of direct experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology delivery in Banking industry, with strong knowledge of loan origination systems, lending products, and loan operations.
- Hands-on experience in banking process re-engineering and technology solution design.
- Exposure to Investment Banking or Corporate Banking environments Asia Pacific experience preferred.
- Understanding of APAC banking regulations, cloud governance, third-party risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles, design patterns, and business-technology solutioning practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing vendors, external partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are advantageous.
