Description
This position primarily coordinates and ensures smooth sales logistics activities and processes that is in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Company, by providing full support to the Sales team.
As an independent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in problem solving, this position handles all sales orders and the delivery processes which includes coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders, preparation of necessary documentation, and other relevant duties in ensuring a smooth logistics flow.
What You'll Do...
· Act as liaison between customers and the company by assisting the commercial team with opportunity management, adhoc troubleshooting, strategic customer development while supporting the company's goal of reaching financial and non-financial KPI.
· Performs escalation support; ensuring that customer feedbacks relating to service, operations, billing, service recovery, pricing, and other cases are coordinated and managed through the relevant departments in timely manner.
· Participate in selected external customer meetings and internal meetings as necessary to support business development.
· Work closely with Product team in evaluating customer's tender mechanics and be able to make judgement with minimal supervision in accordance with company's guidelines and set timelines.
· Coordinate cross-functionally with different teams (Regional Operations Excellence, Business Process, Resource Centre, local offices) when setting up New Regional Account and when resolving issues to achieve deeper perspective on solution.

Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department.
· Manages new and existing customers profile to ensure accurate records and volume reports.
· Assist the commercial team in collecting relevant customer information pre and post RFQ for smooth onboarding and operational handover.
· Attendance as needed at Company corporate events, client events, or industry conferences.
What You'll Need...
· Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field
· Preferably with 2-3 years of similar experience in Ocean / Air or similar industries
· Knowledge and practical experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding industry, ideally within Sales/Customer Service function will be an added advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good command in spoken and written English. Chinese or another language will be a plus.
· Basic Presentation Skills
· High degree of self-confidence
· Detail-oriented.
