Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across three business teams within the organization.

This role focuses on work pass administration, contractor and payroll coordination, insurance coordination, and corporate administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between teams.

The ideal candidate should be organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibility

Corporate Administrative & Team Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support across three business teams
  • Coordinate documentation, service agreements, and internal administrative processes
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and operational requirements

Work Pass Administration

  • Handle EP, SP, and WP applications
  • Post job advertisements on MyCareersFuture and track applicants
  • Coordinate MOM documentation and compliance
  • Prepare Work Permit requirements (security bonds, medical, insurance)

Contractor & Payroll Coordination

  • Manage timesheets and payroll-related matters
  • Coordinate contractor information with Payroll team
  • Prepare Certificates of Employment
  • Handle contract renewals and final wage settlements

Insurance Coordination

  • Liaise with insurance providers for onboarding/offboarding
  • Submit and manage insurance claims

Requirement

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to support multiple teams and manage competing priorities
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-team environment
  • High Proficiency in MS Office
