We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, responsive, and driven individual to join us as our Business Support Manager — a role that puts you at the heart of real financial advisory work from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support a senior financial advisor with day-to-day business operations and client coordination
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and simple financial calculations
• Handle scheduling and follow-ups in a professional manner
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and documentation using Canva
• Be readily available and responsive — you're the operational backbone of the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Current university student (for PT) or fresh / recent graduate (for FT)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic numerical work
• Quick to respond, proactive, and reliable — we move fast and need you to too
• Good communicator with a professional, can-do attitude
• Genuine interest in finance or wealth management is a big plus
