About the Role
We are seeking a Business Support Executive to support our Marketing and Management teams in preparing board presentation slides, analysis charts, documents for meetings, tender submissions and customer presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills as well as any other software that can be used for presentations and writeups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and design professional presentations with content provided by management.
- Provide online research to enhance presentation content.
- Add value to submission documents with data charts, value descriptions with marketing flare.
- Maintain a consistent and professional visual style in all presentation materials in line with company branding.
- Support Senior Leadership team in preparing materials for internal and external meetings, business reviews, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of excel and financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
