Process daily invoicing, customer payments, and move-out transactions (including electronic funds transfers) accurately and on time
Manage collections for overdue accounts through professional and effective follow-ups
Support rental increase exercises, including tenant verification, issuing notices, and addressing customer queries
Prepare monthly reconciliation, costing, insurance, and other management reports
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity across systems
Coordinate promotional and system updates with Marketing, Commercial, and site teams
Handle non-sales enquiries remotely via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Minimum Secondary education or equivalent working experience
Experience in business support, administration, sales support, reporting, or customer service
Strong numerical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM or property management system experience is an advantage
Honest, reliable, and comfortable working in a team environment
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
