Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily invoicing, customer payments, and move-out transactions (including electronic funds transfers) accurately and on time

  • Manage collections for overdue accounts through professional and effective follow-ups

  • Support rental increase exercises, including tenant verification, issuing notices, and addressing customer queries

  • Prepare monthly reconciliation, costing, insurance, and other management reports

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity across systems

  • Coordinate promotional and system updates with Marketing, Commercial, and site teams

  • Handle non-sales enquiries remotely via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary education or equivalent working experience

  • Experience in business support, administration, sales support, reporting, or customer service

  • Strong numerical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM or property management system experience is an advantage

  • Honest, reliable, and comfortable working in a team environment

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
