Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Assist in the purchasing process, including tracking orders and liaising with vendor on delivery arrangement.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate and arrange deliveries, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, such as document management, scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain an organized system for records, files, and archives, ensuring they are accessible and secure.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Possesses a polite and pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
