Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to sales department.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
- Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
- Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
- To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
- To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
- Prepare quotations.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Possess minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous
