Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify suitable countries for business expansion.
- Evaluate market demand, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and potential distribution channels.
- Assist in formulating market-entry plans and preparing business proposals or feasibility reports.
- Support communication and coordination with partners, agents, distributors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist with product registration activities, including collecting necessary documents, working with suppliers, and communicating with regulatory bodies.
- Monitor registration progress, submission schedules, and timelines for trademark registration and renewals.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation while ensuring adherence to local import and licensing regulations.
- Support ongoing business operations, organizational planning, and structural development.
- Help plan and implement business development initiatives and track product launch schedules and milestones.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Record detailed meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for key documents and communication records.
- Handle internal and external communications in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Business Development, Sales Support or Product Admin role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
