Business Support Executive (Dispute Resolution)

Job Description & Requirements

Collyer Law LLC is looking for a Business Support Executive to join its Dispute Resolution practice. This role offers the opportunity to support complex litigation and arbitration matters while contributing to the development of a growing disputes practice.

Candidates with experience as litigation secretaries, paralegals or legal support professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities /attributes of role

You will be involved in the full spectrum of litigation and arbitration work for private corporations, UHNW families, and emerging growth companies and the innovation economy. We are best known for our idea-to-exit support for technology companies and venture investors.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist with preparation and filing of court and arbitration documents
• Support organisation of case materials and hearing bundles
• Help track timelines and coordinate administrative aspects of matters
• Provide assistance in preparing internal and external materials, including pitches and practice updates
• Support general operational and administrative needs of the disputes team

Key requirements include:

• Relevant experience in litigation support or paralegal work
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work collaboratively
• Professional communication skills
• Familiarity with Singapore court procedures or arbitration processes is advantageous
