Salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Role Overview

The Business Support Executive will provide operational and administrative support. This role is largely administrative in nature and involves handling routine operational processes such as credit renewals, payment processing, contract tracking, data maintenance, and regular monthly and quarterly reporting. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of trading-related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Operations & Compliance Support

  • Manage renewals of credit facilities, licenses, and relevant approvals
  • Track contracts and agreements to ensure timely renewals and compliance
  • Review and validate past-due items and outstanding documentation
  • Support trade operations with accurate record-keeping and follow-ups

Payments Processing & Admin

  • Process invoice, service fee, and agency-related payments in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update vendor and customer master data, including bank details
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and controls

Reporting & Corporate Governance Support

  • Prepare and input data for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Follow up on internal approval routes and documentation
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and records
  • Assist with transfer approvals, corporate filings, and director/board-related submissions

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in trade operations, operations coordination, or administrative support roles

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of trade, logistics, and shipping documentation
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple internal applications and renewals concurrently
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of logistics or trade-related systems is a plus
