Responsibilities
Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders
Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes
Arrange and coordinate product deliveries
Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency
Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function
Requirements
Polite and pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
Good organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Excel
