Responsibilities
- An operations leader responsible for the efficient planning, automation, process improvements, and performance analysis of key operational functions across Asian teams ensuring service quality at scale;
- This role works cross-functionally with global stakeholders to translate business needs into effective operational and system solutions, supported by strong data analysis and reporting;
- Oversee and implement customer service quality assurance standards & operational processes;
- Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for Operation functions;
- Monitor operational tasks by developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment;
- Drive discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential; opportunities to improve operational efficiency;
- Prepare, analyze, and recommend solutions that address the existing and potential opportunity areas across the organization;
- Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement;
- Basic query and data analysis using database platforms, including MS SQL Server;
- Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset;
- Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members;
- Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through;
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
