Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant for Sales & Commerce, you will lead strategic initiatives that redefine how organizations engage customers, drive revenue, and optimize commercial operations in the digital age. You will partner with business and technology leaders to design and implement transformative strategies that align sales, marketing, and commerce functions with evolving customer expectations, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Drive Transformation Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize commercial operations, leveraging expertise in digital commerce, business acumen, and change management.
  • Conduct Maturity Assessments: Assess current-state processes, identify growth opportunities, and architect future-state operating models that integrate digital sales channels, omnichannel commerce, and customer-centric engagement strategies.
  • Define Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and implement transformation roadmaps that enable the adoption of modern platforms, such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Enable Solution Adoption: Enable the adoption of transformative strategies and solutions, ensuring successful integration and ROI realization.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Digital Commerce Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing digital commerce strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement, including expertise in emerging technologies and competitive market dynamics.
  • Business Transformation Leadership: Experience in leading strategic initiatives that transform sales, marketing, and commerce functions, leveraging business acumen and change management capabilities to drive revenue growth and optimize commercial operations.
  • Modern Platform Implementation: Experience with implementing modern platforms such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to enable transformative strategies and solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience with facilitating cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful integration and ROI realization.
  • Change Management: Experience with assessing current-state processes, identifying growth opportunities, and architecting future-state operating models that integrate digital sales channels, omnichannel commerce, and customer-centric engagement strategies.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Digital Commerce Strategy Development: Deep expertise in designing and implementing digital commerce strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement, including knowledge of emerging technologies and competitive market dynamics.
  • Business Transformation Methodologies: Experience with business transformation methodologies and tools, such as business process re-engineering and organizational design, to drive revenue growth and optimize commercial operations.
  • Modern Platform Integration: Experience with integrating modern platforms such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to enable transformative strategies and solutions.
