Job summary
We're looking for a versatile Strategy & Growth Lead/Director to join our team in Singapore. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, business development, and product, defining how we go to market, who we sell to, and how we grow. You'll work closely with founders and product teams to translate customer needs into business outcomes and take a hands-on role in building pipeline, closing deals, and crafting the narratives that win.
Responsibilities
. Define and own the GTM strategy, including ICP, positioning, pricing, and channel mix
. Lead outbound and inbound pipeline building across enterprise and mid-market accounts
. Run discovery, deep-dive, and stakeholder conversations end-to-end from first call to PoC
. Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and BD relationships
. Drive demand gen and content marketing efforts aligned with product positioning
. sFeed market insights back into product roadmap
. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and competitive bids
. Define and track growth KPIs own revenue and pipeline forecasting
. Build repeatable sales playbooks, case studies, and pitch materials
Requirements
. 2 to 5 years of experience across strategy, growth, BD, or GTM, ideally in B2B SaaS
. Proven track record of owning and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
. Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership
. Consulting or strategy background is a strong plus
. Exceptional written and verbal communication able to craft compelling narratives
. Prior startup experience or founder-adjacent exposure preferred
