Business Strategy Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive the enterprise digital agenda by shaping roadmaps, business cases, and adoption plans that align digital technology delivery with measurable business outcomes for various clientele projects. This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, translating organisational priorities into decision-ready strategies and ensuring digital investments deliver tangible, tracked value across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine the enterprise digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader digital directions and technology stack priorities.
• Facilitate business cases and value hypotheses together with business stakeholders, technology teams, and strategic partners.
• Track objectives and key results (OKRs), value realisation, adoption, budgets, and resource inputs; identify duplication risks across technology stacks.
• Scan emerging technologies and best practices, translating them into practical, prioritised opportunities for the organisation and its clientele.
• Prepare materials for executive steering forums, including dashboards, options papers, and follow-through actions for business-technology management.

Requirements & Competencies

• 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a digital transformation environment.
• Good understanding of business processes, IT delivery models, infrastructure, and data ecosystems.
• Ability to translate technology constraints into clear, business-centric recommendations for senior management.
• Structured, user-centric problem solver with strong data analysis, benefits tracking, and dashboarding capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Background in finance or business analytics preferred; change management experience is an advantage.
