Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
Lead strategic partnerships with government agencies, major utility provider, multiple OEMs, service provider and financial institutions.
Support project finance, syndicated financing and investment structuring for major EHV T&D and infrastructure projects.
Identify M&A, joint venture and strategic investment opportunities.
Represent CIWE in negotiations with banks, investors and multinational clients.
Provide commercial leadership for cross-border projects.
Advise senior management on international market expansion.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Travel extensively in Asia to support regional business operations.
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of international experience in corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, project finance or strategic business development.
Experience working with multinational financial institutions or global corporations.
Strong knowledge of project finance, cross-border transactions and infrastructure investments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
Willingness to undertake frequent international travel.
