We are hiring a Business Solutions Manager to support our Wealth Management business. This role acts as the key coordinator between business teams and internal Product & Technology, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered. The role also owns external projects that require close coordination with internal development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate business and operational requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact between business, Product & Technology, and external vendors/partners
- Own external project coordination, including scope, timelines, and delivery alignment
- Work with Product & Technology teams to automate incentive workflows and calculations
- Support UAT, business sign-off, and post-implementation refinements
- Track project progress and proactively flag risks or dependencies
- Manage incentive calculation and reporting in the initial phase, and translate incentive schemes and business rules into system requirements for implementation and automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, fintech, or financial services, technology industry
- Experience working with product, technology, or system implementation projects
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with calculations, logic, and data validation
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English to collaborate with Product & Engineering team in Greater China region
