As a Business Banking Manager, you will be expected to actively engage and cross-sell to the Small Business Clients accounts in your portfolio
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of SME and corporate clients through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Cross-sell a broad range of products including operating accounts, deposits, cash management, and digital banking solutions (e.g., Straight2Bank sign-ups and activation).
- Generate referrals for wealth solutions (bancassurance, foreign exchange, investments) and lending products (e.g., business instalment loans, property loans).
- Participate actively in sales campaigns and client outreach initiatives to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
- Support periodic account reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's code of conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Corporate/SME Banking or Business Development.
- Strong B2B sales background with a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
