Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Business Sales Manager who can confidently secure
projects, lead client presentations, and manage office interior design projects from concept to completion
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design understanding with exceptional sales closing
ability.
Key Responsibilities
. Proactively generate and develop new corporate office leads
. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirements analysis
. Prepare space planning proposals, conceptual layouts, and 3D presentations
. Deliver compelling design presentations and persuasive sales pitches
. Coordinate closely with QS on quotations, costing breakdowns, and tender submissions
. Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
. Coordinate closely with internal designers, project managers, and contractors
. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Key Skills & Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related discipline
. Minimum 5 years experience in office interior design & build industry
. Proven sales closing track record (corporate clients preferred)
. Strong portfolio of completed office projects
. Confident presenter with strong negotiation and communication skills
. Independent, self-driven, and target-oriented
. Strong understanding of costing, BOQ, and project management process
