Role Overview
Lead both Sales and Operations to drive efficiency and revenue growth. Ensure smooth quote-to-cash processes, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: order management, logistics, and fulfilment with high OTIF (on-time in-full) performance.
- Improve processes and implement KPIs for cycle time, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth through pipeline management, pricing discipline, and accurate forecasting.
- Lead S&OP reviews to align revenue growth with operational optimization
- Manage and develop a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between Sales and Operations.
- Ensure effective use of systems and maintain data accuracy.
- Execute continuous improvement projects and support strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years in B2B Sales in Marine Industry with proven sales results
- People management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and process improvement skills
- Knack for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Maritime and logistics experience is a must
