The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedBusiness & Risk Internto support our business operations, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial decision-making, operational risk, and regulatory considerations in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Work On

Business & Operations

• Support business analysisandmarket research
• Assistin preparing business decks, reports, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business, finance, and operations

Risk & Compliance

• Assistinidentifying, documenting, and assessing business and operational risks
• Support risk assessments, control mapping, and process reviews

Who We Are Looking For

Academic & Technical Background

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student inBusiness, Finance, Accounting, RiskManagementor related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and good documentation skills
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Word
• Good communicationskills, both written and verbal
• Interest in business operations, risk management, compliance, or financial services

Nice to Have

• Prior internship or coursework related to risk, audit, compliance, or finance
• Familiarity with regulatory concepts (e.g.AML/CFT, internal controls, governance)
• Interest or exposure to fintech, crypto, or digital assets (if applicable)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
