- Support the end-to-end outsourcing review process, ensuring all documentation is completed on time and meets regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update records to ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and internal policies.
- Work closely with teams such as Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure proper governance of outsourcing activities.
- Coordinate responses to client and internal requests related to risk and due diligence.
- Assist in managing operational incidents, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Help organize regular risk and control assessments and review the quality of information submitted.
- Support activities related to insurance renewals and external audits.
- Prepare reports and track key risk and compliance tasks for management review.
- Take part in other enterprise risk and compliance initiatives as needed.
