BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We are seeking for a Business Relationship Manager to manage our Japanese corporate customer portfolio. The incumbent will report to the Head of Japanese Corporate Banking Department in charge of business and will be responsible for marketing, business development, relationship management and risk management for new and existing Japanese clients in the Asia-Pacific region. The incumbent will promote corporate banking and other related services and investment activities to Japanese affiliated companies in the Asia Pacific region. The incumbent will also need to manage and strengthen existing customer relationships that have been established by the Head Office in Japan.

Applicants should possess a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 10 years experience in promoting banking solutions to Japanese corporate and institutions. The nature of the job will require the person to be familiar with the Japanese business process and have a good understanding of the working culture of this customer group. Proficiency in Japanese is required as business dealings with Japanese clients are conducted in Japanese. He/she must also possess strong analytical, communication, financing product knowledge and interpersonal skills. Overseas travel may be required.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
