Role Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Business Project Manager to lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects across commercial, industrial, and process plant sectors in Singapore. The role covers full project lifecycle management, including tender strategy, cost control, technical oversight, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from tender preparation to final handover

• Develop tender strategies, cost estimations, technical proposals, and contract negotiations

• Oversee installation of E&I systems including BMS, ELV, HT/LT cabling, lighting, and control systems

• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes, WSH regulations, and quality standards

• Manage project budgets, risk assessments, timelines, procurement, and subcontractors

• Lead testing, commissioning, and system integration activities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and site teams

• Maintain strong client, consultant, and main contractor relationships

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in E&I contracting and large-scale project management

• Demonstrated experience in tender management and cost control

• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations and industry standards

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

• PMP certification or ISO training preferred
