Business Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and market expansion initiatives across Singapore and the APAC region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.

Support senior management in developing growth strategies and expanding partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, project management, or strategic partnerships.

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience working with regional or international business partners is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Domain Experience:

Candidates must have prior experience in the Real Estate, Property Development, Property Investment, or Investment Consulting domain.

Experience in cross-border business development and project management within the real estate sector will be highly preferred.
