We need an experienced Data Business PM in Singapore with knowledge of Data to manage and report at portfolio level and interact with senior stakeholders so Insurance Operations and Portfolio management/ reporting knowledge with Data skillset is ideal.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational Data goals for Operations Transformation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables for Operations Data transformation
- Monitor program progress and performance, addressing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine program outcomes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, to communicate program updates and outcomes in different steerco
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial management for assigned programs.
- Implement best practices and processes for program management to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Skillset
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field . Data management background would be a plus
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a leadership role.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
- Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent agile practices.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large program budgets.
