We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives across the Asia region, including cross-functional transformation and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Execution
- Lead and support high-impact initiatives across reinsurance, transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Analytical & Decision Support
- Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to guide ongoing initiatives.
- Support governance frameworks to ensure project oversight, compliance, and accountability.
- Monitor and track KPIs to ensure alignment with regional and group-level objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in general insurance, with exposure to management consulting, corporate strategy, and project management, with a proven track record in delivering impactful outcomes
- Experience in reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects in the general insurance sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
