  • Review the product roadmap and drive market research and go-to-market strategy through in-depth analysis and competitive benchmarking, identifying high-impact opportunities and emerging trends in Vietnam's financial services landscape.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic opportunities into clear, actionable plans and ensure effective execution.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to support smooth and successful delivery.
  • Leverage internal data on costs, product profitability, customer behavior, and campaign performance to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, in-branch activation, and other customer acquisition or engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to design and launch initiatives that improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build and optimize payment-related initiatives across online and offline payment methods, including digital payments, QR, cards, wallets, cash-based touchpoints, and other relevant payment ecosystems.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends in financial services, marketing, and payments to identify new growth opportunities and improve execution effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in business planning, strategy, consulting, product management, or a related role is a plus, preferably within fintech, retail banking, or the broader financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, including both online and offline channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, events, customer acquisition, and customer engagement.
  • Good knowledge of payment ecosystems, including both online and offline payment methods such as cards, wallets, QR, cash-based touchpoints, and other relevant payment solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach; proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
