Facilitate the team in handling system requirements from the Cross Border Ecommerce department in multiple areas (business development, operations, business intelligence, marketing, payment, warehouse and logistics)
Build up domain expertise to understand business requirements and identify strategic opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into business requirement documents (BRD)
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper product design for Cross Border business needs and conduct necessary testings
Conduct data analysis and prioritise requirements accordingly
Provide product solutions and support
Manage feature rollout closely with business teams
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
Experience in system design / architecture or restful API design / implementation is preferred
Able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end and timelines effectively
Able to take ownership with a self-starter mindset
Able to communicate business/technical information with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
Full-time interns are preferred (6 months)
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
