Support portfolio-level analysis to drive risk-adjusted growth and profitability of consumer credit products, with a focus on end-to-end portfolio economics.
Perform data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify opportunities, track performance, and evaluate business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, IT, operations, marketing) to translate insights into actionable business strategies and product improvements.
Evaluate customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives by assessing their impact on portfolio performance and profitability across risk segments.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and inform product strategy.
Identify operational or collections levers that materially impact portfolio economics and recovery outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, credit/risk management, consumer lending, FP&A roles
Proficient in SQL (mandatory) for querying and analyzing business data;
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.
Ability to translate analytical insights into clear, decision-oriented recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
