Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Process Specialist (D365 CRM / SAP Integration) to support the implementation, optimization, and digitalization of customer-facing business processes across regional operations. This role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects while working closely with the internal SAP S/4HANA team to ensure smooth integration between CRM and ERP business processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Configure and support D365 CRM functions and workflows based on business and operational requirements.
- Support the digitalization and optimization of sales, customer service, and related business processes.
- Conduct system testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation enhancement activities.
- Prepare project documentation including business requirement documents, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Work closely with internal SAP S/4HANA teams to support CRM and ERP business process integration.
- Coordinate cross-system business processes and data flows related to customers, sales orders, products, and pricing information.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in regional digital transformation and enterprise system optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation or support projects.
- Familiar with business processes related to sales, customer management, customer service, and order processing.
- Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in CRM configuration, workflow setup, testing, and user support.
- Experience working with ERP systems or SAP-related projects is preferred. Knowledge of SAP SD or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes will be an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multinational company environments is preferred.
- Good documentation, presentation, and end-user training skills.
- Good Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to coordinate with China-based stakeholders and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM-SAP integration projects
- Exposure to Power Platform / Power Automate
- Experience in regional or multi-country rollout projects
- Familiarity with S/4HANA environments
