Job Description
As a Business Process Reengineer (Lead) Consultant, you will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to ensure readiness for AI implementation. You will translate business requirements into future-ready, AI-first workflows, driving efficiency, operational excellence, and measurable value from AI-enabled initiatives.
What will you do
Business Process Reengineering & Design
- Lead or support end-to-end business process reviews and reengineering for AI project deployments, including discovery, analysis, mapping, redesign, and implementation
- Design future-state AI-first workflows aligned with best practices, regulatory standards, and AI capabilities
- Develop detailed process documentation, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, data scientists, and technical teams to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and AI-driven improvements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to document as-is and to-be processes
AI Enablement & Delivery Support
- Translate to-be AI-first workflows into AI project requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility
- Oversee process transformation pilots, measure impact, and refine recommendations based on real-world feedback
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and data governance standards throughout the BPR lifecycle
- Support project managers with risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and transformation status tracking
Communication & Change Enablement
- Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and executive reports on BPR findings and recommendations
- Develop change management plans to support adoption of redesigned processes
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience (preferably 5+) in process reengineering, business analysis, management consulting, or similar roles
- Proven experience leading or supporting BPR initiatives, preferably in technology, digital transformation, or AI-enabled projects
- Good understanding of AI concepts, data analytics, and digital technologies
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Bizagi, ARIS) and workflow automation solutions
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience working in consulting, large enterprise, telco, government, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
- Enthusiasm for future technologies and innovation
- Knowledge of edge AI deployment strategies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI projects and agile environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
