Based in the business re-engineering team, you will manage complex, global & regional initiatives supporting end-to-end supply chain operations spanning planning, fulfillment, logistics, and product operations across online and retail.

- Leverage industry trends, standard methodologies, innovative technology and process improvement ideas.
- Lead and implement cross-functional change management initiatives, influencing decisions through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
- Manage project cross-functional re-engineering implementations.
- Work towards effective change management when necessary.
- Ensure process integration across organization, both regionally and globally.
- Develop good, up-to-date knowledge of IT capabilities and able to work closely with technical team.
- Articulate Business Requirements to technical team and assist in the formulation of a prototype or proof of concept solution.
- Lead the User acceptance test and implementation of the business change and supporting systems change.
- Perform post implementation analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Master's/ MBA or equivalent experience with minimum 4 years of experience managing business re-engineering, business transformation, business process optimization project.
- SAP System and process savvy.
- Good process re-engineering skills.
- Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail.
- Excellent operation issue resolution skill.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Ability to work with ambiguity.
- Self-motivated, driven individual with previous exposure working in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in developing detailed optimization models is a plus.
