Chatbot Operations & Optimization

Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize chatbot workflows, conversation flows, and knowledge content to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and performance benchmarks across markets.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvements.

Project Management

Lead chatbot-related projects across teams and markets, ensuring timely delivery against objectives.
Coordinate stakeholders, manage project timelines, and track key milestones.
Provide regular progress updates and performance insights to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business equivalent
Experience in project management and process improvement, preferably in a financial services/technology/e-commerce industry is strongly preferred
Experience working with cross-functional, multi-country teams
Experience with data and business analytics
Strong stakeholder management skills and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
