Job Description

DBiz is seeking a Business Process Consultant. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI adoption, building AI literacy and capabilities across diverse business functions for the various clientele project deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders, industry partners, and internal teams to design and deliver practical AI enablement programmes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the development of AI learning materials, including curricula, playbooks, and practical guidelines for responsible AI adoption
  • Assist in designing and delivering AI enablement programmes such as clinics, bootcamps, workshops, and community-building initiatives
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and learning experiences for various business functions
  • Maintain and update learning resources to ensure relevance with evolving AI tools and practices
  • Coordinate communities of practice, open office hours, and engagement sessions to drive adoption
  • Craft clear and compelling change narratives tailored to different business functions and contexts
  • Identify and escalate potential adoption blockers (e.g., data security, people readiness) with proposed solutioning
  • Support partnerships and collaborations with industry players and training providers to enhance the capability-building outcomes
  • Onboard and coordinate trainers and subject-matter experts for programme delivery
  • Track and report on key programme metrics (e.g., number of participants trained, satisfaction scores)
  • Support after-action reviews, impact assessments, and preparation of leadership updates and reports
  • Maintain programme data and dashboards to surface trends and insights

Key Requirement

  • At least 2 years experience in programme management, learning & development, capability building, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., generative A

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience engaging diverse groups
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with an ownership mindset
  • Adaptable and curious about emerging AI technologies and their business applications
