Note: This is a 12-month contract position.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the scoping, planning and implementation of BPM (Business Process Management) projects to drive process improvements that delivers business value, including but not limited to, mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes, designing, testing, training users and deploying new solutions
  • Research, conceptualize, and develop new process automation solutions to improve efficiency or solve business problems in the company supply chain and the workflow of the Supply Chain department
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to strive for end-to-end process excellence and automation that enable scalabilities and continuous growth
  • Responsible as subject matter experts in the design, configurations and administration of all systems and tools in the Supply Chain department, including but not limited to; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, approval workflow and e-signature applications, Power Business Intelligence (BI) and excel macro tools
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive and integrate cross-department workflow to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to implement any IT-related solution, including but not limited to communicating business requirements, developing of functional specifications, evaluating solution options and testing of solutions
  • Identify and document the current state of processes within the Supply Chain department
  • Establish blueprints, sharing leading practices between regions and across functions, drive compliance and business value
  • Support the development of and facilitate the delivery of standardised management information, key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics essential to the running of the Supply Chain functions
  • Provide statistical reports, tracking utilization, and any other related reports using business analytics reporting tools
  • Design and build data models to provide insights and enable Supply Chain to make informed decisions and meet the Departments KPIs, savings targets, and compliance requirements
  • Actively work to monitor, audit and improve data accuracy, quality and integrity in all systems
  • Ensure operating model principles and standards are being followed within the Supply Chain department
  • Develop policies, procedures, guidelines and job descriptions to drive strong governance in Supply Chain
  • Drive the correct utilization of the existing tools and applications, including but not limited to the ERP system, its basic data, reports, and dashboards, by developing training materials and conducting user training sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business with a supply chain major, Computer Science or Data Analytics preferred
  • Ideally minimum 3 years of procurement and supply chain management or related activities and/or processes for major industrial projects and/or business process improvement related roles
  • Solid experience in reports, procedures and documentation development
  • Working experience in oil & gas industry and cross-border experience will be an added advantage

  • Project management skills - Proven track record in executing and delivering projects independently
  • Good Knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. IFS, SAP, JDE) and its applications
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI, MS Access and Tableau
  • Basic knowledge of MS Sharepoint, MS Excel Macros and VBA, SQL, HTML and XML will be an advantage
  • Use of database applications like MS Access/SQL Management Studio
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel (VBA), Power Point, Visio and Outlook
  • SIX SIGMA, Project Management, LEAN, AGILE or other similar process improvement accreditation will be an advantage
