Business Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement value chain solutions to support business growth
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends and competitors offerings
• Collect feedback on products and services from distributors and dealers
• Identify service gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve offerings and increase market share
• Present insights, strategies, and progress updates to key stakeholders
• Support translation of strategies into detailed project plans and requirements
• Execute key projects with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with defined objectives
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Support regional strategies across short- and mid-term initiatives
• Perform departmental forecasting for volume and profit, and coordinate related meetings
• Conduct profit analysis by model and country for regional rebate schemes
• Coordinate and plan meetings with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• No experience is required candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Strong business acumen with the ability to conceptualize strategies
• Demonstrated innovative, creative, and strategic thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative with effective time management skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Open to travel for business needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in business-related fields (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing) is an added advantage
• Experience in pricing, profit management, product management, project planning, or market research is an added advantage
