Job Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Analysis
Analyse sales, inventory, customer, and product performance data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
Develop actionable recommendations to improve sales performance, profitability, inventory efficiency, and customer experience.
Support management reviews through preparation of business insights, reports, and performance dashboards.
Participate in business planning activities and support implementation of strategic initiatives.
Product & Commercial Management
Manage assigned product categories and monitor product performance against business objectives.
Evaluate product line opportunities and support expansion of product offerings based on market and customer needs.
Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve product availability, cost competitiveness, and overall business performance.
Support pricing reviews, product positioning, and commercial initiatives.
Business Process Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer service levels.
Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects and business transformation initiatives.
Drive adoption of reporting tools, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
Inventory & Demand Management
Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and demand trends.
Recommend actions to optimise inventory levels, reduce stock risks and improve replenishment planning.
Review slow-moving inventory and propose corrective actions to improve inventory turnover.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers to resolve business issues and support business objectives.
Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and business insights.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Category Management, Product Management, Demand Planning, Business Planning or Business Analysis.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience driving process improvements, business initiatives, or cross-functional projects.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial and operational impacts.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Power BI, Tableau or data visualisation experience is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, challenge existing practices constructively and influence decision-making.
