Key Responsibilities:
The Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager/ Senior Manager will serve as a strategic finance partner within the country organization, delivering high-impact analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The role supports senior management with actionable insights and contributes to long-term planning and resource allocation.
- Deliver accurate and relevant business analysis to support reviews, planning cycles, and ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor business performance and provide early warnings to enable timely resource reallocation.
- Lead budgeting and financial planning activities, including periodic revisions and scenario modeling.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing and reporting processes.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations for stakeholders across functions.
- Enhance business case proposals and profitability tracking through robust financial analysis.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Continuously improve and streamline management reporting processes.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align financial strategies and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A) or Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural team environments.
- Solid understanding of financial compliance and internal controls.
