We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Business Partnership Associate to become the operational backbone of our growing partnerships function. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare and community care partners receive exceptional support, achieve their service objectives, and continue to grow with Homage.

About the Role

As a Business Partnership Associate, you will manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare and community care partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong service delivery outcomes, and long-term partner satisfaction.

You will be responsible for conducting partnership reviews, analysing performance data, coordinating issue resolution, supporting onboarding and training activities, and designing scalable operational workflows that strengthen care delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, customer success, and healthcare delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of active partner accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Conduct structured monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, review decks, and improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor referral volumes, fulfilment performance, SLA adherence, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across Service Coordination, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Support contract renewals and account growth initiatives.

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new healthcare and community care partners.
  • Deliver training on Homage's Enterprise Web Application and Partner Care App.
  • Ensure new partners are operationally ready and supported through activation.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding challenges proactively.

Operational Excellence & Workflow Design

  • Develop and maintain partner operational playbooks, workflows, and escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and BI teams to improve partner experiences.
  • Define service delivery processes and SLA frameworks with partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment rates, efficiency, and service quality.

Partnership Support & Growth

  • Support the preparation of business development presentations, proposals, and review materials.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership documentation.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging opportunities within Singapore's healthcare and community care sectors.
  • Contribute insights that help shape partnership and growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Development, Healthcare Operations, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to healthcare, community care, aged care, disability services, or social services is advantageous but not essential.

Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
