Business Partner / Director

We are seeking a Business Partner / Director to jointly develop and operate a dumpling restaurant business. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are interested in long-term partnership and business growth. Educational background and prior experience are not required - commitment and execution matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-invest and participate in the overall management and development of the dumpling restaurant

Oversee daily operations and support business growth initiatives

Coordinate with domestic partners and supply chain resources (where applicable)

Participate in strategic decision-making and expansion planning

Ensure stable operations and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

No educational or professional experience requirements

Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn

Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term partnership vision

Ability to participate in business operations and decision-making

English communication ability required Mandarin is an advantage
