Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, sales, marketing, etc.) to support business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve performance
- Lead special projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support strategic planning and execution to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, project management software)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA business environment is an advantage
