This is a contract role ending in mid November 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize operational processes across internal and vendor teams to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Manage high volumes of operational cases related to billing, contracting, and payments, serving as the main operational contact for Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance through SLAs and KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time), analyze trends, and drive continuous process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Investigate billing discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and support finance and contracting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and standardized operational practices.
- Handle escalations, stakeholder queries, and exceptions while communicating complex operational or financial information clearly.
- Support operational projects, vendor management activities, and implementation of process improvements aligned with business and cost objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Finance Operations, Billing/Sales Support Management, or a client-facing operational role.
- Experience supporting operational workflows involving billing, contracting, or payments.
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and monetization platforms.
- Experience of using one monetization and/ or ad serving solutions (Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational data.
- Knowledge of finance operations processes and operational workflows.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, large dataset handling).
- Experience driving process efficiency, automation initiatives, or operational improvements.
