Role Purpose
The Business Operations Lead / Manager is a critical role for a strategic professional motivated by organisational excellence and large-scale impact. This position is the primary driver of the frameworks, policies, and standards that synchronise our GTM, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Systems departments. We are looking for a high achiever who is energised by solving complex problems and creating a lasting legacy through operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Orchestration: Lead complex, large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met across multi-departmental workstreams.
- Orchestrate the Business Rhythm: Design and manage the strategic meeting structure, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), ensuring the entire leadership team is aligned on key performance indicators.
- Architect Operational Policy: Proactively identify and resolve friction in cross-functional workflows by establishing official standards and performance evaluation frameworks that drive consistency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate high-stakes alignment conversations between GTM leaders, Finance, and Product to resolve friction points and synchronise decision-making.
- Data Strategy & Governance: Partner with Systems and Revenue Operations to ensure reporting structures provide a single, accurate source of truth for executive decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience: 6+ years in Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar role, with deep expertise in Project Management and cross-functional coordination.
- Navigating Ambiguity: A proven ability to provide structure and clear direction in undefined environments; you are motivated by the challenge of creating order from complexity.

- Languages: * English & Mandarin: Professional fluency (written and spoken) is required for all candidates. *Cantonese: Mandatory for candidates based in Hong Kong; considered a significant advantage for candidates in Singapore.
