Business Operations Lead - Fintech / Digital Assets

We are hiring a Senior Business Solutions professional to join a fast-growing fintech company building the digital operating system for real-world assets. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, business planning, and cross-functional execution, working directly with leadership to turn vision into action.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and has a strong grasp of business operations, strategic planning, financial products, and data-driven decision-making.

About the role

You will act as a key connector across product, legal, business development, finance, and leadership. Your work will help shape internal operating rhythm, support strategic initiatives, and build the analytical foundations the business uses to make decisions.

Your focus will include as a Senior Business Solutions expert:

• Owning OKR frameworks and monthly goal tracking.
• Supporting strategic planning and roadmap synthesis across teams.
• Producing market and competitor analysis within the RWA and fintech landscape.
• Preparing board, investor, and leadership materials.
• Improving internal processes across hiring, onboarding, compliance, and team coordination.
• Managing internal tools and workflows for async-first collaboration.
• Leading special projects from scoping through delivery.
• Building dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership visibility.
• Conducting hands-on competitor research and user journey analysis.
• Defining and maintaining key business metrics, including TVL, cohorts, asset performance, and protocol revenue.

What we are looking in the Senior Business Solutions expert

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similarly high-ownership role.
• Experience in an early-stage company or fast-moving environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial products, including fixed income, private credit, yield mechanics, and investor behaviour.
• A researcher mindset with the ability to evaluate competitors, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high accountability, and the ability to execute independently.
• Comfort moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
